INMYTRIP is responsible for the collection, use, and retention of personal information as applicable under Indian law.

*B. Type of Information Collected*
When you visit the Platform, we may collect certain non-personal information such as your Internet Protocol ("IP") address, operating system, browser type, and Internet service provider. This type of information does not identify you personally. When you register with the Platform, we may also collect personal information that you provide, such as your name, mailing address, email address, phone/mobile number, home country, zip code, and certain other information if you log in via Facebook, depending on your privacy settings ("Registration Information"). You also have the option to provide fax numbers, gender, age, and/or company name during registration. If you provide your phone number and post an advertisement, you agree to receive communications on the provided phone number, which may include automated calls or text messages, to confirm and verify your account's use in posting ads. Users may provide new or deleted postings, comments, keyword searches, scam reports, and contact seller information. The use of third-party payment gateways for purchases and other third-party services for site traffic monitoring may involve storing your information (see Section xxi(D) below). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of the personal information you provide for any services offered and updates you may provide to the collected information. By using this Platform, you also consent to share your geolocation data for publishing information/advertisements from users close to your location.

*C. Cookies*
We may use cookies to manage users’ sessions, store preferences, tracking information, and language selection. Cookies, small text files transferred to your hard drive, store information like visit date, browsing history, preferences, and username. Some third-party service providers may also use cookies, beyond our control. This Privacy Policy covers only cookies used by us, not those used by third parties. You can configure your browser to accept or decline cookies, but declining may limit access to certain features like login or interactive Platform features.

*D. Third Parties*
We use third-party service providers to assist in measuring purchases and sales, improving the Platform, and monitoring users’ interests and activities. You authorize INMYTRIP and/or third-party service providers engaged by INMYTRIP to collect, use, store, analyze, reproduce, publish, and adapt information related to your Platform use for data analysis and experience improvement. The Platform may contain links to Third-Party Sites, offering information on services from third parties, subject to additional terms and conditions of INMYTRIP and/or third-party service providers. INMYTRIP may offer deliverables produced by third-party service providers for free or for a fee, related to services availed on the Platform, without obligations towards you. INMYTRIP is not responsible for services availed from third parties or any payments made to them, and concerns or claims should be directed to those third parties. If you click on links to Third-Party Websites, you leave the Platform, and we are not responsible for the content or security of your personal information on those sites. Third-party service providers and Third-Party Sites may have their own privacy policies governing your personal information. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies. Third-party advertising companies serve ads on the Platform, using information about your visits to the Platform and Third-Party Websites. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on user visits. You can opt-out of Google's use of the DART cookie by visiting http://www.google.com/privacy_ads.html. By publishing an ad on the Platform, you acknowledge that the Content is public and may appear in search engine results and Third-Party Websites. INMYTRIP is not liable for information published in search results or by any Third-Party Website carrying INMYTRIP postings.

*E. Select Partners*
INMYTRIP may share your data with select partners, acknowledging that they will respect and protect your privacy as INMYTRIP does. These partners may use your information to deliver services tailored to your preferences and interests. Collaboration is limited to legally compliant entities using your data for providing relevant offers and services. You can opt out of receiving such services by contacting customer support/Grievance Officer. By continuing to use the services, you consent to sharing your data with select partners for receiving personalized communications. *F. How Your Information is Used*
We may use the information provided by you to:
- Enforce our Terms of Use, monitor user activity, and manage traffic on the Platform effectively.
- Provide customer services, create and manage user accounts.
- Assist you with technical difficulties.
- Share certain information, like browser capabilities or operating systems, with third-party service providers to understand your interests better.

- Block users from certain countries.
- Retain information as required to fulfill business objectives, even after account termination.

While you can opt-out of some email communications, transactional communications related to your account cannot be opted out. Any disputes regarding your privacy are subject to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the laws of India.

*L. Your rights relating to your data*
Right to Review - You can review the data provided by you and can request us to correct or amend such data (to the extent feasible, as determined by us). That said, we will not be responsible for the authenticity of the data or information provided by you. *M. Privacy and Policy for Android Play Store App Usage*
Data Collection and Usage

When you use the INMYTRIP app downloaded from the Android Play Store, we may collect the following types of information:

Device Information: This includes details about your device, such as the device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
Log Information: We automatically collect and store certain information in server logs. This includes details of how you used our service, IP address, device event information (such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request, and referral URL), and cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or your INMYTRIP account.
Location Information: We may collect and process information about your actual location using various technologies, including IP address, GPS, and other sensors that may provide INMYTRIP with information on nearby devices, Wi-Fi access points, and cell towers.
Local Storage: We may collect and store information locally on your device using mechanisms such as browser web storage (including HTML5) and application data caches.
Usage Information: This includes information about how you interact with the app, such as features used, content viewed, and other app activities.
Permissions

The INMYTRIP app may request access to the following:

Camera and Photos: To enable you to take and upload photos.
