Cancellation Requests

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures a fair and transparent process for both customers and service providers:

• Up to 7 Days (168 hours) Before the Date of Service:
  Customers will receive a 90% refund of the booking amount. A 10% deduction will be made to cover platform and convenience fees.
• 72 Hours to 168 Hours (7 Days) Before the Date of Service:
  Customers will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
• Less Than 72 Hours Before the Date of Service:
  No refund will be provided for cancellations made within this period.

Please note that refunds will be processed as per the policy above and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account. This timeline ensures thorough verification and processing for a smooth refund experience.
